Abstract:
This protective control device is a digital protective control device (9) that obtains bus voltages by using voltages detected by voltage transformers (7) provided on multiple lines (3) and using data from protective control terminals (8)that converts, into digital data, states of breakers (4) which are provided on the respective lines (3) and states of disconnectors (5, 6) which are provided on the respective lines (3). The protective control device (9) is equipped with: a simulated bus voltage selection unit that selects voltage data in order to obtain simulated bus voltages that are simulated values of the bus voltages, on the basis of voltage data on the voltages, data on the states of the breakers (4), and data on the states of the disconnectors (5, 6); and a synchronism check unit that checks whether or not the voltage data and the simulated bus voltages are in a synchronized sate and outputs, to the relevant protective control terminal (8), information (C1-Cn) indicating that the voltage data and the simulated bus voltages are in a synchronized state.
