Abstract:
A protective cover (10) for protecting a circuit board assembly on a substrate (100) comprises: an adhering member (11) having an adhering surface (S). Gas channels (111, 112, 113) having inlets (a) and outlets (b) are provided in the adhering member (11). The outlets (b) are located on the adhering surface (S). The inlets (a) are located on a surface of the adhering member (11) other than the adhering surface (S). The inlets (a) are connected to a gas source. The adhering surface (S) is provided with an adhering film (12) made of a flexible material. The adhering film (12) is provided with through holes (c). The through holes (c) are aligned with the outlets (b), and cause the gas channels (111, 112, 113) to communicate with a surface of the substrate (100). The adhering film (12) is adhered to the substrate (100), such that the protective cover (10) covers the circuit board assembly. The protective cover (10) effectively protects the circuit board assembly on the substrate (100).
