Abstract:
A protective device for seeking for solutions of international and domestic potential problems and being provident for now and near future, which is equipped with: protective members for protecting human health to ensure the continuous existence of human body by, for example, developing a means for preventing and exterminating the infection spread and infection source of infectious diseases, in particular influenza, as far as possible; and protective members for developing a means for saving fossil fuels against long-lasting and critical problems, i.e., the depletion of petroleum resources, which are highly valuable and finite material resources largely affecting human survival over a long time and seemingly having an ever increasing historical importance, and global warming showing an ever worsening situation caused by mass burning of the petroleum resources and seemingly becoming more and more serious hereafter with the passage of time.
