Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a transdermal therapeutic system (10), comprising steps for applying a web-shaped active ingredient depot to a web-shaped substrate film (21) in such a way that the active ingredient depot is adhesively bonded to the substrate film (14), for severing the web-shaped active ingredient depot along linear geometries in order to delimit at least several first active ingredient depot sections (11), for introducing a slit (29) into the web-shaped substrate film (21) from the side of the substrate film not occupied by the active ingredient depot, wherein the slit (29) defines two substrate film strips (21a, 21b) arranged next to each other in the longitudinal direction (1) of the substrate film in such a way that the first active ingredient sections (11) each lie on two substrate film strips (21a, 21b), for moving the slit substrate film (21) in the longitudinal direction (1) thereof and deflecting a first (21b) of the substrate film strips on a first deflecting device (22) in a direction away from the side of the substrate film (21) occupied by the active ingredient depot (11), and for feeding a protective film strip (14b) after the deflection of the first substrate film strip (21b) in such a way that the protective film strip, while arranged parallel to the second substrate film strip (21a, 14a), covers the areas of the first active ingredient depot sections (11) located on the second substrate film strip that are not covered by the second substrate film strip (21a, 14a).
