The protective film unit (10) comprises: a first inorganic film layer (12) formed with a plurality of first through holes (122) arranged at intervals; an organic material part (14) filling the plurality of first through holes (122); a second inorganic film layer (16) arranged on the first inorganic film layer (12) and formed with a plurality of second through holes (162) arranged at intervals, with the plurality of first through holes (122) and the plurality of second through holes (162) being offset from each other by a pre-set distance; and an organic film layer (18) arranged on the second inorganic film layer (16) and filling the second through holes (162). In addition, further disclosed are a display device (1000), and a method for manufacturing the protective film layer structure (100).
