Abstract:
The present invention provides a protective film for protecting a phosphor layer, provided with a barrier film including a first substrate and a first barrier layer. The first barrier layer includes a gas-barrier covering layer forming one outermost surface of the protective film. The gas-barrier covering layer contains a polyvinyl alcohol and an inorganic compound. The gas-barrier covering layer has on the outermost surface side a surface-treated area in which a strength ratio D represented by the following Formula (1) is 0.35 or more to 0.77 or less.
