Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/008917
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A protective sheet for solar cells, which is characterized by comprising: a polyester supporting body that has a thickness of 145-300 μm, an in-plane thermal shrinkage in a first direction after 30 minutes at 150°C of from 0.2% to 1.0%, and an in-plane thermal shrinkage in a second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction, after 30 minutes at 150°C of from -0.3% to 0.5%; and a polymer layer that is arranged on the polyester supporting body and has a residual solvent amount of 0.1% by mass or less. This protective sheet for solar cells has excellent adhesion between the polyester supporting body and a functional layer that is coated in an aqueous medium, and is capable of maintaining a good shape when held in a high temperature high humidity environment.
