Description:
PROTECTIVE SUBSTANCE AGAINST NON-IONIZING RADIATION, METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION AND PROTECTIVE DEVICE USING IT

The invention relates to substances protecting people from non-ionizing radiation of various types, in particular, of non-ionizing radiation resulting from the operation of industrial and household equipment, radioactive, geopathogenic and cosmic radiation, to methods for producing the protective substance, as well as protective devices using it.

It is known a protective substance against non-ionizing radiation, containing structurally modified water and selenium ions in an amount of 0.0025...0.0070 mole/L [1].

It is also known a protective substance against non-ionizing radiation, containing structurally modified water and silicon ions in an amount of 0.005...0.012 mole/L [2].

The disadvantage of these solutions is the lack of effectiveness of reducing the impact of non-ionizing radiation on humans.

It is known a method for producing a protective substance [1], consisting in the fact that in a capacity, made of dielectric material with two electrodes, is placed water heated up to 37.7°C and is injected selenium, and then to the electrodes is supplied constant electric current of a density of 1.5 A/dm 3 during 5...8 min.

The closest is the method for producing a protective substance [2], consisting in the fact that in a vessel, made of dielectric material, is placed preground silicon with a particle size of 0.002...0.020 mm and water in a mass ratio of 1 :1000...1 : 100, the vessel is treated by a magnetic field with an induction of 10...12 mT for 20-24 hours, after which the water is separated from the silicon in an electromagnetic separator for 5...10 min.

The disadvantage of these solutions is the production of protective substances with insufficient effectiveness to reduce the impact of non-ionizing radiation on humans.

It is known a protective device against non-ionizing radiation [3], consisting of a substrate made of electroinsulating material, on which is uniformly applied a protective substance, made of foil of defined form.

The disadvantage of this solution is the difficulty of applying a protective substance that requires high accuracy of arrangement on the substrate, as well as the insufficient effectiveness of protective device.

It is known a protective device, as a substrate of which serves the housing of the nonionizing radiation source, for example, of the computer, mobile phone, microwave oven, on which is applied by spraying a thin layer of a protective substance [ 1, 2]. The disadvantage of mis device is the inconvenient operation of household appliances coated with a layer (for example, it excludes the moist cleaning of microwave oven), disturbance of the protective substance layer at the expense of user's hands moisture, which reduces the effectiveness of protection from non-ionizing radiation.

The task, solved by the present invention, is the production of a highly effective protective substance and a simple and user-friendly protective device.

The solution of the task is achieved by the fact that the protective substance against nonionizing radiation comprises water with a modified structure, ions of rare-earth elements such as cerium, in the amount of 0.0012...0.0080 mole L and formic acid in an amount of (1...5) g/L. Said system in a thin layer generates, on one of its sides, negative radiation in frequency and wave length comparable to the radiation of the non-ionized source (computer, phone, etc.), radiation, which leads to an intense blocking of harmful radiation according to the principle of wave attenuation and cancellation in the zone of protective substance.

The solution of the task is also achieved by the method for producing a protective substance, consisting in the fact that in a capacity, made of dielectric material, is placed water and metallic silver in the mass ratio of 1000: 1 and is treated with a magnetic field of an induction of (10...12) mT for three days, it is passed through an electromagnetic separator for 5 minutes and is carried out the electrolysis using on a metal cathode a powdery rare-earth metal such as cerium, in an amount of 0.002...0.005 g/L at a current density of 1.5 A/dm 2 during (5...10) minutes, and after electrolysis is added formic acid in an amount of (1...5) g/L.

The method allows of producing a system possessing the ability to generate a signal with a right-hand vector of spin polarization, blocking the negative radiation, characterized by the counterclockwise rotation of the spin.

The task is also solved by the proposed in the application protective device, made in the form of a plate, comprising a substrate made of natural cellulose fibers, for example cotton fibers, on one side of which is applied a thin layer of a protective substance, and placed between two layers of moisture-proof material.

When applying the thin layer of protective substance on the substrate on its reverse side is generated negative radiation in frequency and wave length comparable to the radiation of the source (computer, phone, etc.), neutralizing them on the principle of cancellation.

The invention is implemented as follows.

Example. To produce a protective substance against non-ionizing radiation in a capacity, made of dielectric material, is placed a silver plate and is poured water in a mass ratio of 1 : 1000. The capacity is placed in a magnetic field of an induction of 1 1 mT for three days, and then the water is passed through an electromagnetic separator for 5 minutes and sent for electrolysis. The . . . t . . , A J - u · .

electrolysis is carried out using a metal cathode, on which is Iixed a capsule with powdery cerium in an amount of 0.003 g/L. Electrolysis is carried out for 5 minutes at a current density of

1.5 A/dm 2 . At the end of the electrolysis in the solution is added formic acid, at the rate of 3 g/L.

The resulting protective substance comprises water with a modified structure, cerium ions in an amount of 0.0038 mole/L, and formic acid in an amount of 3 g/L.

The resulting protective substance is applied on a substrate, made of cotton cloth, by spraying or application of a solution with PVA cement, is placed between two thin layers of any protecting against moisture penetration material and cut into plates of desired size, indicating the side on which is applied the protective substance. The plates are mounted on sources of harmful radiation with the labeled side up. The size of the plates depends on the power of the radiation source.

For protection against mobile phone radiation the protective device, the plate of a size of 4 x 2 cm is set under the battery cover. For protection against computer radiation are use five plates of the protective device of a size of 1 x 10 cm, four of which are placed in the middle of each of the four sides of the monitor, and one - in the middle of the upper side of the processor. For protection against microwave radiation are used four plates of a size of 2 x 6 cm, for protection against TV radiation - two plates of the same size.

The ability of the claimed device to fully reduce the negative effects on the body is proved by the results of carried out medical and biological and clinical research. In medical and biological experiments on mice, exposed to the action of the electromagnetic field of the cell phone, is determined the decrease of reactivity of the immune system of animals, manifested in the weakening of anti-infective resistance - Colibacterin LD 50 /48 is 66.0 million. The level of this index for animals, exposed to the action of the electromagnetic field of the cell phone with a protective device, is much higher and constitutes 90.0 million, which practically does not differ from the level of Colibacterin LD 50 /48 (92.4 million) of the control group animals not exposed to the electromagnetic radiation of a cell phone. Thus, the use of the protective device in the cell phone provides for the invariability of anti-infective resistance in animals.

Clinical studies were conducted by means of obtaining spectrograms of the apparatus for rapid diagnosis by the Voll method. It is established that a five-minute conversation on a cell phone without a protective device leads to disturbances of the brain, central nervous system, internal organs and spinal column, characterized as prepathological and inflammatory in the general dysfunctional and stress condition of the body. Repetition in an hour of the five-minute conversation on the cell phone, but with a protective device, did not change the spectrogram compared with the original received before the use of the cell phone, which indicates a complete blocking of the negative radiation. i nus, the result is the almost complete damping of the negative radiation and creation of a user-friendly protective device.
