Abstract:
A protein chip kit of labeling using quantum dots and a method of manufacturing same. The protein chip kit comprises a solid-phase carrier, a solid-phase antibody, and a detection solution. The solid-phase carrier is formed of a slide, an amino modified layer, an aldehyde modified layer, and an agarose modified layer. The detection solution is an antibody labeled using quantum dots activated with EDC/NHS. The structure of the solid-phase carrier and the method of manufacturing same can stably fix the antibody in a sample spot and can reduce evaporation of the solid-phase antibody, thereby improving reaction capacity and keep activity. Spotting is repeated 5 times for each type of spotting samples, so that not only reaction capacity can be further improved, but also accuracy of a detection result is improved. A negative control marker and a positive control marker are fixed at all four corners of the solid-phase carrier, thereby improving accuracy of a detection result. For the method of manufacturing a detection agent, efficiency of labeling using quantum dots is high, and labeling antibody has high stability and activity, thereby improving detection sensitivity and accuracy, and reducing the production cost of the kit.
