Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a means for efficiently producing natural rubber and stably securing the natural rubber, and to stably secure rubber resources. The present invention provides: a protein composition having an isoprene polymerization activity, the protein composition comprising (A-1) a protein having the same activity as CPT6, or (A-2) a protein having the same activity as CPT7, and (B) a protein having the same activity as CPTL; a lipid membrane structure comprising the composition; a method for producing the lipid membrane structure; a cell expressing a protein constituting the composition; a method for producing the cell; and a method for producing an isoprene polymerization compound using any of the above.
