Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a protein composition used for improving intestinal barrier health and the use thereof. The protein composition comprises osteopontin and lactoferrin. The composition has the technical effects of quickly repairing intestinal barriers and improving intestinal barrier permeability under adverse external stimulation, or being used for providing epithelial barrier protection and/or reducing the expression level of inflammatory factors when intestinal tracts are invaded by inflammation so as to alleviate intestinal inflammation, or being used for regulating and controlling the beneficial tight junction protein expression in intestinal barriers.
