It is intended to provide an enzyme decomposing and eliminating a protein which is a complex of ubiquitin ligase with a molecule binding to a target protein. Use of this enzyme makes it possible to selectively decompose and eliminate an unnecessary protein causative of various human diseases. A fused polynucleotide encoding the above enzyme; a recombinant vector having this fused polynucleotide; and therapeutic preparations having the above-described enzyme or the recombinant vector in the form which can be transferred into cells.
