Abstract:
A prothrombin time (PT) detection method and device. The prothrombin time detection method comprises: a blood sample undergoing a coagulation reaction under the effect of a dry reagent, and generating an oxidation current (step 101); forming a current-time curve of the change in oxidation current against time (step 102); acquiring multiple feature points of a processed current-time curve (step 103); calculating and outputting the prothrombin time according the multiple feature points (step 104). A smoothing process is performed on the detected oxidation current to increase a signal-to-noise ratio of the oxidation current, so as to avoid the influence of current noise on the accuracy and reliability of prothrombin time detection, enhancing the accuracy of test results. Moreover, multiple feature points of a processed current-time curve are acquired, and prothrombin time is calculated based on the multiple feature points, thus further enhancing the accuracy of test results.
