A conventional civil-engineering/construction work uses block building and form assembling for the construction of retaining walls, wherein rubbles, earth and sand, and concrete are filled between layered blocks, and rubbles and earth and sand are laminated in the rear of blocks and consolidated with concrete. This method, however, poses problems involving strength/durability, cost increase, construction man-hours and period. A protruding-shape-retaining structure block, wherein a block body is constructed as a structure block used generally in a retaining wall, and reinforcing bars, steel materials, wires or the like are allowed to protrude from the entire outer peripheral side surfaces consisting of respective sides and faces; or a crossing-space-hole-retaining structure block, wherein crossing space holes are retained in the entire outer peripheral side surfaces consisting of respective sides and faces constituting a block body, and reinforcing bars, steel materials and wires and the like are passed through the holes to form a protruding structure block; techniques used in the methods requiring an application in a framework concrete work generally used in construction work and being used for a block in constructing a wall in building construction.
