Abstract:
A proximity detection circuit (200), provided in a wearable device and connected to a plurality of detection channels. The proximity detection circuit (200) comprises: a self-capacitance drive circuit (210), configured to input a self-capacitance drive signal to a first detection channel, wherein the first detection channel is connected to an ESD protection circuit, and a self-capacitance detection signal outputted by the first detection channel under the action of the self-capacitance drive signal is associated with a self-capacitance variation amount and a capacitance variation amount caused by the ESD protection circuit being illuminated; a mutual-capacitance drive circuit (220), configured to output a mutual-capacitance drive signal to one of the first detection channel and a second detection channel, wherein under the action of the mutual-capacitance drive signal, a mutual-capacitance detection signal outputted by the other detection channel is associated with a mutual-capacitance variation amount; and a signal processing circuit (215), configured to determine, according to the self-capacitance detection signal and the mutual-capacitance detection signal, a detection result of whether a user is close to a wearable device. The proximity detection circuit (200) can improve the detection performance of the proximity detection circuit (200) in a wearable device.
