Abstract:
The present invention provides a platelet rich plasma (PRP) extraction kit comprising: a main body including an upper accommodating space formed therein, a lower accommodating space positioned at the lower side of the upper accommodating space, and a communicating passage allowing the upper accommodating space and the lower accommodating space to communicate with each other and of which a passage passing area gradually narrows toward the upper side and lower side thereof, respectively; a valve unit positioned in the communicating passage, and allowing the flow of the communicating passage to go in only one direction while moving by the weight thereof according to a change in the vertical position of the main body; and a variation means coupled to the lower side of the main body, and moving in the vertical direction according to the operation of a user so as to vary the volume of the lower accommodating space. Therefore, the extraction of a buffy coat is facilitated so as to improve workability, an unskilled person can easily perform extraction, and manufacturing costs can be reduced due to a simple structure, thereby improving productivity and economic efficiency.
