Abstract:
The present invention provides a Pt-based dehydrogenation catalyst and an application thereof. The Pt-based dehydrogenation catalyst takes spherical θ-alumina as a carrier, the active component Pt is completely dispersed on the outer layer of the catalyst and spherical catalyst particles are formed, the active component Pt forms a shell layer, and the thickness of the shell layer is 10-90% of the radius of the spherical catalyst particles. According to the present invention, the problems that carbon deposit on the center or inner core of the catalyst is not easy to completely burn off, and the catalyst is broken and dust is serious during coke-burning regeneration of a noble metal catalyst for preparing propylene by means of conventional propane dehydrogenation are solved. The present invention has the advantages of the catalyst being prone to coke-burning regeneration, and a low coke-burning regeneration temperature, and a low catalyst breakage rate.
