Abstract:
The present invention provides a PTC heater comprising: a PTC element heating part which releases heat; and a pair of heat dissipating plates which are disposed on both sides, respectively, of the PTC element heating part so as to be in contact with the PTC element heating part, and are provided with a plurality of flow holes, the PTC heater being provided with a heat dissipating fin which is connected to the one side of each of the flow holes and bent into the space between the heat dissipating plates.
