Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and relates to the preparation of a homogeneous polysaccharide in a Pueraria lobata water extract and the lipid-lowering activity thereof. In the present invention, the homogeneous polysaccharide QL is isolated and obtained from Pueraria lobata, an authentic medicinal material of Jiangxi. In vivo experiments have confirmed that Pueraria lobata homogeneous polysaccharide has significant lipid-lowering activity, significantly reduces serum triglyceride content and liver index, and can be used to develop potential safe and effective lipid-lowering drugs.
