Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for puffing grains. A puffing pot according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pressure pot which contains and heats grains, and which is connected to a pressure cover for pressurizing; and a housing which protects the pressure pot, and which is attached with an operation panel in the front surface, and is mounted with components. An opening part of the pressure pot is provided with a pressure cover of opening/closing type for preventing outflow of pressure by closing the opening part; and a discharge hole for a puffing gas during puffing is bored in the center of the pressure cover; and a puffing valve is connected to the pressure cover integrally or with a bolt for opening/closing the discharge hole. The present invention is characterized in that: the grains put into the pressure pot are cooked by setting the temperature or pressure of the operation panel; the puffing valve is opened rapidly at a certain pressure for puffing the grains put into the pressure pot; and a plurality of safety devices are provided.
