Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of sports equipment, and particularly relates to a pull expander enabling quick resistance adjustment. A handle (1) is provided with a pull opening at a middle portion thereof. A finger ring (2) is provided at an upper outer side of a side wall of the handle (1). Multiple springs (3) have one end connected to an inner side wall of the handle (1) on the left and the other end provided with a T-shaped insertion connection block (6). The T-shaped insertion connection block (6) is inserted into and connected to a T-shaped insertion slot of an attachment bar (5). The T-shaped insertion slot has one end open and the other end closed, and is provided with a spring-loaded position reset cover member (7) at the open end. The attachment bar (5) is provided at an inner side wall of the handle (1) on the right. The pull expander facilitates adjustment of resistance, enables convenient operation, and is highly efficient and saves time.
