Abstract:
The present invention is designed to make it possible to effectively utilize the relative rotation of a fixed sheave and a moveable sheave with respect to a support shaft. This pulley device comprises a fixed sheave (51), a moveable sheave (52) that can be moved so as to move toward and away from the fixed sheave (51) in an axial direction, and a support shaft (50) that supports the fixed sheave (51) and the moveable sheave (52), the fixed sheave (51) being fitted to the support shaft (50) so as to be capable of rotating relative to the support shaft (50), the moveable sheave (52) being provided so as to be capable of rotating relative to the support shaft (50), and a rotation-regulating part (70) that regulates the relative rotation between the fixed sheave (51) and the moveable sheave (52) being provided.
