Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of pulp molding, and particularly relates to a pulp molded container lid, a container assembly and a processing process, overcoming defects of unreasonable design and the like in the prior art. The pulp molded container lid comprises a lid top portion and a laterally inclined wing portion connected to the outer edge of the lid top portion. The pulp molded container lid further comprises an outwards downwards inclined portion, connected to the lower side of the laterally inclined wing portion, the included angle of the axes of the outwards downwards inclined portion and the laterally inclined wing portion being an acute angle; an outer coupling arc-shaped portion, connected to the outer edge of the outwards downwards inclined portion; and a lateral wing portion, connected to the lower side of the outer coupling arc-shaped portion away from the outwards downwards inclined portion, a lower inclined surface of the outwards downwards inclined portion and an inner arc surface of the outer coupling arc-shaped portion being connected so as to form a continuous sealing surface which is in surface-to-surface seal with a container top portion. The present application has an advantage of improved sealing performance.
