Abstract:
A pulsation-free metering pump, comprising a brushless motor (1), pump heads (2), and a transmission box assembly (3). The brushless motor (1) is drivingly connected to the transmission box assembly (3). The pump heads (2) are disposed on the transmission box assembly (3), and the number of the pump heads (2) is N, N being greater than or equal to 3 and N being an integer. The pump heads (2) are evenly distributed in a plane with the transmission box assembly (3) as the center, adjacent pump heads (2) work in sequence with a phase difference along a time interval Φ which is equal to 360°/N, and the liquid outlet pipe (5) of each pump head (2) is provided with an air damper (6) corresponding thereto. The metering pump forms a star-shaped structure using at least three pump heads (2), and adjacent pump heads (2) work together in sequence with a certain phase difference along a time axis, reducing most of the pulsation of the device, and the air damper (6) on the liquid outlet pipe (5) of each pump head (2) absorbs the remaining pulsation, thereby implementing a pulsation-free metering pump.
