A pulsator mounting structure. A pulsator (4) is mounted on a pulsator shaft (6); snap parts (70) are provided on the pulsator (4), and snap grooves (71) are provided on the pulsator shaft (6); or snap grooves (71) are provided on the pulsator (4), and snap parts (70) are provided on the pulsator shaft (6); when an external force is applied to the snap parts (70), the snap parts are subjected to extending or retracting displacement and/or deformation, and after the external force is removed, the snap parts (70) are restored to be snapped fitted and connected to the snap grooves (71). The arrangement above enables quick snap-fitting connection or detachment between the pulsator (4) and the pulsator shaft (6), realizing the effect of convenient and quick disassembly and assembly of the pulsator (4) and the pulsator shaft (6), thereby achieving the purpose of facilitating quick detachment and mounting of the pulsator (4) by after-sale staff and a user so as to repair or clean a washing machine. Also provided is a washing machine. The pulsator (4) is connected to the pulsator shaft (6) in a quickly detachable manner by means of the mounting structure above.
