Abstract:
A pulsator washing machine (1). The pulsator washing machine (1) comprises: an enclosure; suspension rods (300), where the suspension rods (300) comprise suspension rod springs (310); a tub (200), where the tub (200) is arranged within the enclosure via the suspension rods (300); a photoelectric sensor unit (400), where the photoelectric sensor unit (400) is arranged within the enclosure for detecting the amount of upward/downward displacement of the tub (200); and, a controller, where the controller is connected to the photoelectric sensor unit (400) and determines the weight and/or displacement of the tub (200) on the basis of a value of the amount of upward/downward displacement as detected by the photoelectric sensor unit (400).
