Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a pulse power amplification method and a standard cell. The key points of the technical solution are that: according to the present invention, a light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation (LASER) mode of a crystal dielectric, a carrier multiplication amplification mode of a semiconductor dielectric, and a plasma breakdown amplification mode of a gas dielectric are used together to form the pulse power amplification method. Electric power is first amplified and then converted into optical power, the optical power is amplified again, and the amplified optical power is then converted into electric power by means of photoelectric conversion and amplification devices. A gas switch is triggered on the basis of a photoconductive switch to generate timing-synchronized high-power electric pulses, the high-power electric pulses can be directly output, and can also be distributed in multiple channels to obtain multiple timing synchronization trigger signals, and in combination with pulse charging of a capacitor, multiple timing-synchronized high-power electric pulses are output.
