Abstract:
[Problem] To accurately obtain the relative velocity of a target with respect to a radar apparatus in a short time using a pulse pair method.
[Solution] The present invention is provided with: a data acquisition unit (491) which acquires data relating to a pulse width, a repetition frequency, and a maximum stagger rate; a stagger pattern output unit (492) which outputs a specific stagger pattern in which the sum total of phase changes caused in pulse pair processing on a constant velocity target due to the difference between an average transmission interval in the range of sweeps subjected to the pulse pair processing and a transmission interval between transmissions within the range of the sweeps can be made zero or close to zero; and a setting unit (493) which sets the transmission interval of a pulse signal using the pulse width, the repetition frequency, and the maximum stagger rate given from the data acquisition unit (491), and the specific stagger pattern outputted from the stagger pattern output unit (492).
