A two-layer conductor in the shape of a coaxial cable is wound around a spectacle-like core (1) by a plurality of turns. A central conductor (2) of the two-layer conductor is utilized as a primary winding while one end of the outer braided conductor (3) around the central wire (2) is grounded.
