Abstract:
A pulse-type vibration freezer mainly consisting of a feeding support (1), a mesh conveyor belt (2), an electrical cabinet (3), a body (4), a chain pulse means (5), cooling fans (6), a refrigeration holding plate (7), a discharging support (8), a discharging hopper (9), a middle support (10), and a transmission motor (11). The middle support (10) is disposed below the body (4); the mesh conveyor belt (2) is disposed on the left side of the body (4); the left side of the mesh conveyor belt (2) is connected to the feeding support (1); the electrical cabinet (3) is disposed on the body (4); the chain pulse means (5) is disposed at the bottom of the body (4); the cooling fans (6) are disposed on the chain pulse means (5) in the body (4); the refrigeration holding plate (7) is disposed on the right sidewall of the body (4); the discharging hopper (9) is disposed on the right side of the refrigeration holding plate (7); the transmission motor (11) is disposed on the left side of the discharging hopper (9). The freezer can increase the speed of airflow on a surface of a product and uses a pulse vibration means. The freezer is widely applicable and can provide multiple freezing modes, such as individual freezing, tray freezing, and block freezing, thereby enabling higher food freezing quality and efficiency. Air convection is used to achieve a good effect. By disposing a two-speed motor, the scope of application is expanded, and energy is also saved.
