Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is, for a PC burner having a lance pipe provided such that the tip part thereof approaches the inside of a furnace from a tuyere of a blast furnace, to suppress deformation of the lance pipe by high temperatures and maintain economical and effective combustion. A connection part that holds the lance pipe is provided with: a hollow sleeve; a flange member having a through hole in a core part and being screwed onto an end part on the front side of the sleeve; an adapter that has a through hole in a core part, is inserted into the sleeve from an opening on the rear side of the sleeve, and to which the lance pipe is attached on a front end part; and a spring that firmly presses the adapter against a back end part of the flange member. The lance pipe is rotatable around an axis by loosening of a screw on an adapter member.
