Abstract:
A pulverized coal granulator apparatus for lignite. The apparatus consists mainly of a feeder spiral conveyor (1) connected to a granulation pressing apparatus (2), and comprises an integrally-formed molding cutter apparatus. The granulation pressing apparatus (2) comprises an annular die (21). Arranged in a die cavity of the annular die (21) are a pair of pitch-adjustable press rollers (22) and a feeder scraper (23) rotating around the center of the die cavity. The annular die (21) matches the spacing of the press rollers (22) and rotates in a same direction. The molding cutter apparatus consists mainly of an intermittent feeder cutter (5) arranged outside of the annular die (21). The cutter (5) is arranged in proximity to a through hole of the die (21).
