Title:
PUMP DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/072997
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a pump device which can be manufactured inexpensively without the risk of the impeller or the rotor making contact with the impeller casing even when there are rapid changes in the flow volume of a liquid drawn into the impeller casing. With a cylindrical casing main body (2), a dividing wall (3) is connected to an outer wall (5) via a partition plate (4), and discharge liquid passages (6, 6) are formed on both surfaces by the dividing wall (3), the partition plate (4), and the outer wall (5). Both surfaces of the partition plate (4) are provided with a blocking parts (4a, 4a) such that the partition plate has same width as the dividing wall (3) near a discharge port (2b), which is provided on the outer wall (5) so as to communicate with the discharge liquid passages (6, 6); in addition, the partition plate has a connecting flow path (4b) at the location facing the discharge port (2b). Discharge parts (3a) are formed so as to be arranged at approximately equal intervals in the circumferential direction at nine locations in the surfaces of the dividing wall (3), excluding the area facing the discharge port (2b) and the area in contact with the blocking parts (4a), with all of the discharge parts being inclined at the same angle with respect to the radial direction of the dividing wall (3) in a planar view.
