Abstract:

Provided are: a pump that reduces the radial distance between a stator and a magnet and increases the performance of a motor the drives the pump; a refrigeration cycle; and a method for producing a pump. Further provided are: a pump that has an increase in position detection precision and an increase in pump quality; and a method for producing the pump. A rotor (60a) is integrally formed using a thermoplastic resin from: a resin magnet (68) to the outer periphery of which is formed a groove; a ring-shaped, magnetic-pole-position-detecting resin magnet (69); and a sleeve bearing disposed at the inside of the resin magnet (68). Simultaneously, a bladed wheel receiver (67a) is formed from a thermoplastic resin, and during the aforementioned integral formation, the resin magnet is held by means of the thermoplastic resin by the groove being embedded in the thermoplastic resin used in the integral formation.
