Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the field of jet-generation techniques and essentially relates to an apparatus for generating vacuum and for pressurising gaseous media. This apparatus comprises a gas-liquid ejector, a pump, a separator and a condenser. The ejector includes an inlet chamber that comprises, at the inlet section of a mixing chamber, a cavity for collecting and discharging the peripheral portion of a working medium liquid flow, wherein said portion is discharged through an outlet duct that can be connected to the separator or to the pump inlet. An apparatus realised according to the above description exhibits a higher performance index.
