Abstract:
Punch die for making a cardboard box easy to unseal by a tear strip without causing inferior box-making. A die cutter-use punch die for making a cardboard box in such ways that a vertical surface plate (2) and a horizontal surface plate (3) are provided continuously via a ridge rule (1), an unsealing tear strip (7) and its starting part (8) parallel to the ridge rule (1) are provided, the tear strip (7) is formed of a wave-form cut line (7a), this cut line (7a) is used as a lead rule where full cut portions penetrating through the front and rear surfaces of the cardboard and a half cut portions cutting the cardboard from the rear surface side to the middle in its thickness direction are alternately formed intermittently, and the vertical surface plate (2) and the horizontal surface plate (3) are folded along the ridge rule (1) to make a box, wherein in order to form the wave-form cut line (7a) of the tear strip (7) along with a pressing member (10) in which a ridge rule (1) is scored, a wave-form lead rule blade (11) in which high blade portions and low blade portions are formed alternately is provided, and subsequently a full cutting blade (12) for forming the cut line (8a) of the staring part (8) is provided.
