Abstract:
A punch die, comprising a die base (1), a bushing (3), and a punch body (10). The die base (1) is provided with a core (2) adapted to the punch body (10). The bushing (3) is provided at a position of the die base (1) corresponding to the core (2). The bushing (3) is mounted on the die base (1) by means of bolts (4), and the middle part of the bushing (3) is provided with a receiving groove (5) adapted to the core (2). The head portion of the punch body (10) is embedded into the receiving groove (5) of the bushing (3). The bushing (3) is formed with an oil storage groove (6) and a flow guide groove (7), and the oil storage groove (6) is communicated with the flow guide groove (7). The punch die has a simple structure, and the bushing (3) is formed with the oil storage groove (6) and the flow guide groove (7) which are communicated with each other, and thus, the conditions of crack damage and thermal wear of the die due to fatigue can be remarkably reduced, greatly prolonging the service life of the die, and reducing the cost.
