Abstract:
Provided are a punch and punching blades, the punch and the punching blades being capable of forming binding holes with less applied force.
A punch is configured by providing a support rod under a handle and mounting punching blades to the support rod. Each of the punching blades (30) is configured so that cutting edge protrusions (32) are located at both sides of a longitudinal cross-section of the punching blade (30) along a through-hole (31) for the support rod and so that cutting edge recesses (33) are located at both sides of a second longitudinal cross-section (D) perpendicular to the longitudinal cross-section. The cutting edge recesses are curved so as to be recessed toward the center (34). When cutting is performed with the cutting edge recesses, a force is applied in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the force which is applied during the cutting by the cutting edge protrusions, and as a result, the curving of punched-out pieces occurring during the cutting by the cutting edge protrusions can be corrected.
