Abstract:
Disclosed is a punching blade capable of achieving smooth punched cutting lines in a blank for forming a case and which are not prone to cause injury when touched. A chamfer (11) is formed on the same lateral part of both sides of a band-shaped cutting plate (10) configured from a steel plate such that the two inclination angles are identical, and a cutting blade (12) is provided on that lateral edge of the cutting plate (10). So as to allow the achievement of smooth punched cutting lines, the cutting blade (12) is a composite serrated blade having a fine serrated blade (12a) which bends wave-like within the range of the thickness of the cutting plate (10), and, along the entire length of the fine serrated blade (12a), a gross serrated blade (12b) which forms large undulations towards both sides of the cutting plate within the range of the thickness of the cutting plate (10).
