Abstract:
A highly reliable punching debris receiving device for a stripping device is adapted such that punching debris such as debris from punched holes can be accurately dropped into the punching debris receiving device. Receiving claw containing spaces (24) are each formed between opposed side plates (23) of a holder (21) mounted to a female (lower) die (11) of a stripping device so as to open between upper side sections and front edges of the side plates (23), and receiving claws (22) are mounted in the receiving claw containing spaces (24). Vertically sloped guide holes (31) are formed in the side plates (23) of each receiving claw containing space (24), and guide projections (32) provided on side surfaces of the receiving claw (22) are slidably inserted in the guide holes (31) so that the receiving claw (22) moves up and down in an oblique direction with the upper surface of the receiving claw (22) horizontally maintained. The receiving claws (22) are urged upward by elastic members (35). When a pushing and dropping member (17) of a male (upper) die (12) pushes down punching debris (c) of a punched hole which debris (c) is formed in a punching sheet (S), the punching debris (c), which is supported and held by the pushing and dropping member (17) and the receiving claws (22) whose upper surfaces are horizontally maintained, is pulled down so as to be separated from a product and the receiving claws (22) are lowered and moved to a position at which the debris (c) is released from the support. When the male die (12) rises after the debris (c), which is released by the receiving claws (22) from the support, is dropped and discharged, the receiving claws (22) are forcibly returned upward by the elastic members (35).
