Abstract:
A punching machine's automatic feeding device for molding and forming a product, especially bowl-shaped product has a vertical rotating disc type workbench (12) rotated at intervals. Multiple module cavities (13) are radially arranged on the circumference surface of the workbench (12). The upper side of the workbench (12) is equipped with a punching sliding block (10) which reciprocates upwards and downwards. The movement direction of the punching sliding block (10) is vertical to rotating axis of the workbench (12). The internal circle of the workbench (12) is equipped with a downward demolding pushing rod (17). The demolding pushing rod (17) and the punching sliding block (10) synchronously reciprocate. The lower side of workbench (12) is equipped with a transmitting belt (20). A punching mechanism (11) at the upper side carries out the punching processing when one of the module cavities (3) in connection with the workbench (12) rotates to the punching position. The module cavity automatically overturns when the module cavity in connection with the workbench（12）rotates for 180 degrees to the downward demolding position. The demolding pushing rod in the internal circle of the workbench (12) pushes the product form the bottom of module cavity to the transmission belt（20）at the lower side.
