Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable punching scrap receiver of a stripping device wherein the punching scrap such as hole punching scrap can be thrust down certainly. Between those side plates (23) of a holder (21) which face each other, the holder (21) being fixed to the female die (lower die) (11) of a stripping device, an accommodation space (24) which opens between the upper sides and between the front edges of the side plates (23) is formed, and receiving claws (22) are built in the accommodation space (24). An inclining guide hole (31) elongated in the vertical direction is formed in the side plate (23) of the accommodation space (24), a guide protrusion (32) provided on the side surface of the receiving claw (22) is inserted slidably into the guide hole (31) so that the receiving claw (22) moves up and down in the oblique direction in a state of maintaining the upper surface horizontally. The receiving claw (22) is urged upward by means of a resilient member (35). When the thrusting member (17) of a male die (upper die) (12) pushes down a hole punching scrap (c) formed in a punching sheet (S), the hole punching scrap (c) is clamped by the thrusting member (17) and the receiving claw (22) which keeps the upper surface horizontally and then the hole punching scrap (c) is pulled down and separated from the product portion, and the receiving claw (22) is moved while being lowered down to the position where supporting of the hole punching scrap (c) is released. When the male die (12) ascends after the hole punching scrap (c) supporting of which is released by the receiving claw (22) is dropped and discharged, the receiving claw (22) is forcibly moved to return upward by the resilient member (35).
