Abstract:
Disclosed is a device that reduces abrasion by the pushing rod, which removes punching scrap from the punching blade, whilst also improving work efficiency by eliminating the attaching and detaching of the pushing rod during the replacement or installation of a blade mount. A first pushing rod (18) is mounted movably in a plurality of first through-holes (16) in a knife cylinder (10). A second pushing rod (36) is mounted movably in a second through hole (34) in a blade mount (12), making it possible for the second pushing rod (36) to butt against the first pushing rod (18). A pushing lever (30), which pushes out punching scrap (a), is mounted to the outer edge of the second pushing rod (36). An eccentric cylinder (14) is provided, which, when pushing out punching scrap (a), pushes the first pushing rod (18) into the knife cylinder (10), controlling the operating stroke so that the outer edge (18a) of the first pushing rod (18) never projects beyond the outside edge (10a) of the knife cylinder. It is preferable that the first pushing rod (18) and the second pushing rod (36) are constructed from self-lubricated resin or wear-resistant material.
