The present invention relates to a punching wire binder. More particularly, the present invention comprises: punching units having a plurality of punching pins which are formed in a hollow pipe shape for punching paper and an elastic member among the punching pins; a power transmission unit connected for driving the punching units; and a power supply for driving the power transmission unit. The punching pin comprises: a pin supporting part for arranging the punching pin and the elastic member at regular intervals; a paper pressing part having pin guides for guiding the movement of the punching pins; a support formed with pin holes in the front surface corresponding to the paper pressing part; and a paper support formed at the lower part between the paper pressing part and the support for uniformly maintaining the punching of one side of paper. The invention includes at least one punching unit arranged in a direction to be disposed horizontally with respect to the ground and parallel to each other.
