A puncture catheter (10), comprising a hollow tubular body (11) and a traction wire (12). The tubular body (11) comprises an elastic puncture section (111). The traction wire (12) and the puncture section (111) are connected. The puncture section (111) bends to a predetermined shape under traction of the traction wire (12). A distal end of the puncture section (111) has a needle-shaped tip. The puncture section (111) is provided with a plurality of cut slots (113) along the length direction of the tubular body (11). The plurality of cut slots (113) are disposed at a same side of the puncture section (111). After the puncture section (111) is cut in a length direction thereof at a side where no cut slots (113) are disposed, and the puncture section (111) is opened, the cut slot (113) comprises a diamond-shaped main body (1131). The diamond-shaped main body (1131) has two diagonal lines of different lengths. The shorter diagonal line of the diamond-shaped main body (1131) is parallel to the length direction of the puncture section (111). Since the puncture section (111) of the puncture catheter (10) can bend under the action of the traction wire (12), during an entire puncture process, a guiding sheath tube (50) does not need to be adjusted to bend, thereby making the resistance when pushing the puncture catheter (10) relatively small and achieving an easier puncture process.
