Abstract:
A puncture-resistant and blast-proof tire (30), a puncture-resistant and blast-proof glue (F) therefor, a method for spraying a puncture-resistant and blast-proof glue (F), and a spraying apparatus. The spraying apparatus is used for spraying a puncture-resistant and blast-proof glue (F) on a tire (30), and comprises a digital human-machine system operation platform (20), a base (1), a side rotatable fixing device (2), a large/small wheel replaceable bottom support device (3), a first displacement unit (4), a second displacement unit (43) and a single and double parallel-mounted spray gun assembly (5); the digital human-machine system operation platform (20) is used for controlling the operation of the whole device; the side rotatable fixing device (2) and the large/small wheel replaceable bottom support device (3) are used for supporting and driving the tire (30) to rotate; the first displacement unit (4) comprises a first displacement module (41) capable of moving along an X-axis direction and a second displacement module (42) capable of moving along a Y-axis direction; the second displacement unit (43) comprises a third displacement module (431) capable of moving along the X-axis direction and a fourth displacement module (432) capable of moving along the Y-axis direction; and the single and double parallel-mounted spray gun assembly (5) comprises a fixed nozzle (53) or a continuously reciprocating nozzle (54) swinging at multiple angles, and the single and double parallel-mounted spray gun assembly (5) is driven by the first displacement unit (4) so as to spray the puncture-resistant and blast-proof glue (F) to the tire (30). The present technical solution can effectively reduce the loss of the glue material and the defective rate of finished products.
