Abstract:
A pure electric vehicle transmission having a disengagement function, comprising an input shaft, an output shaft, and a countershaft. An input shaft gear is sleeved on the input shaft, and the input shaft is engaged with an intermediate gear on the countershaft by means of the input shaft gear. The intermediate gear is engaged with an output gear on the output shaft, the input shaft is connected to an auxiliary drive motor, and the output shaft is connected to wheels. The transmission further comprises a synchronizer, and a sliding sleeve of the synchronizer is driven by a gear shifting mechanism to be switched between an engagement position or a disengagement position of the sliding sleeve and the input shaft gear. The gear shifting mechanism comprises a BLDC motor, a shift gear, and a shift fork. The shift gear is driven by the BLDC motor to drive the shift fork to move linearly. The switching of the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer and the input shaft gear can be driven by the linear movement of the shift fork.
