Abstract:
Provided is a pure water production apparatus for producing pure water with a low boron concentration and TOC and a high specific resistance. This pure water production apparatus 21, which treats water to be treated to produce pure water, includes a reverse osmosis membrane device 22, a first electric-type deionized water production device 23, a boron-selective resin device 25, an ultraviolet oxidation device 26, and a second electric-type deionized water production device 28, which are arranged in this order along a water passing direction of the water to be treated, wherein the boron-selective resin device is filled with a boron-selective resin.
