Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of drug residue detection. More specifically, the present invention relates to a purification filler for sulfonamides residues, a solid-phase purification column comprising a filler, and a corresponding pretreatment method. According to the solid-phase purification column and the pretreatment method of the present invention, a plurality of impurities in a sample to be detected can be simply and quickly removed by using the adsorption principle of a mixed filler, the operation is simple and convenient, and it is ensured to obtain a detection result with good stability and high recovery rate under the condition that matrix standard curve calibration is not needed.
