Abstract:
A purification method for Tedizolid phosphate. A crude product of Tedizolid phosphate is first mixed with absolute ethyl alcohol, impurities having a smaller polarity than the Tedizolid phosphate in the crude product of Tedizolid phosphate are dissolved in the absolute ethyl alcohol, the impurities are then filtered and removed, and the Tedizolid phosphate is left in a filtered solid. Other impurities can be removed by combining subsequent steps such as conversion of a Tedizolid phosphate solid into Tedizolid phosphate disodium salt, acidification, and crystallization. The purified Tedizolid phosphate has a high purity; a sodium hydroxide solution is clear; the purification method does not need to use a high-boiling-point solvent which is difficult to remove in the purification process; and the purification method is simple and convenient and facilitates industrial production.
